These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the LuxySpa website and the online booking service for wellness experiences. Use of the website or the making of a booking constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
If you do not agree with any provision, you must refrain from using the website and the services.
LuxySpa's services are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. By making a booking, the client declares that they are 18 years of age or older.
Bookings may be made through the website, by telephone or by WhatsApp. A booking made online is pending and is considered accepted only once confirmed by our team, using the contact details given by the client or the website's contact channels.
LuxySpa reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in the event of unavailability, suspected misuse of the system or breach of these Terms, informing the client as soon as possible.
We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time, so that you can enjoy the full experience without delaying the next appointment.
The prices shown on the website are expressed in euros and include VAT at the statutory rate in force. Unless otherwise indicated, payment is made in person, on the day of the experience.
Prices may be updated at any time; the price applicable to a booking is the one displayed at the time it is made and stated in the corresponding confirmation.
Cancellations or changes must be notified at least 24 hours in advance, using the contact details on the website. Cancellations outside this period, or failure to attend, may be subject to a charge of up to the value of the booked experience, which will always be communicated to the client.
In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes, LuxySpa reserves the right to shorten the experience or propose rescheduling the session, so as not to affect subsequent bookings.
Pursuant to Article 17(1)(l) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, the right of withdrawal ("cooling-off right") does not apply to services related to leisure activities with a specific date or period of performance, as is the case with experiences booked for a set day and time.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the cancellation conditions set out in the previous section apply, which give the client flexibility.
The experiences provided are wellness treatments and do not replace medical care or advice. The client must inform the team, before any experience begins, of pregnancy, relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or sensitivity to oils and scents.
LuxySpa may refuse or adapt the experience where there are clear contraindications, for reasons of client safety.
LuxySpa operates in an environment of respect, discretion and professionalism. Our services are strictly therapeutic and wellness-oriented in nature.
Any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour towards the team, or behaviour contrary to the law, will result in the immediate termination of the experience without refund, and the company reserves the right to refuse future bookings.
All content on this website — including texts, images, videos, logotypes and visual identity — is the property of LuxySpa or its licensors and is protected by the Portuguese Copyright and Related Rights Code. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
LuxySpa makes every effort to keep the website available and the information up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. LuxySpa accepts no liability for damage arising from health conditions not previously disclosed by the client.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Portuguese law, in particular as regards consumer rights.
LuxySpa keeps a Complaints Book in physical form on the premises, and in electronic form, accessible at www.livroreclamacoes.pt, pursuant to Decree-Law No. 156/2005 and subsequent legislation.
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may have recourse to a consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution body (Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September), in particular the Lisbon Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre (Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa, CACCL — www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt) or another body on the list provided by the Directorate-General for Consumers (Direção-Geral do Consumidor) at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of Lisbon have jurisdiction to resolve disputes, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers, in particular the possibility of bringing proceedings before the court of your place of residence.
LuxySpa reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website and apply to bookings made after that date. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
